The Transitional Gardener

A periodic report on what's happening in my small, but jam-packed garden in coastal Virginia. Major interests include growing uncommon plants, propagation techniques, and adapting gardening methods to suit our somewhat capricious climate in the "transition" zone between the Northern and Southern states.

Just a quick note to let anyone who might be interested know that I've decided to take a break from blogging for a while. It's come down to making a simple choice between having time to write about gardening or to actually work in the garden; for me, that's a no brainer!
